DELIVERY
UK orders are sent by First Class Recorded Signed For and delivered the next working day. International orders are sent by International Signed For and delivered between 3-7 working days. Signature is required on all deliveries.
RETURNS
Items will be replaced or refunded provided they are returned complete, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty. Please email sales_jameslonguk.com quoting your order number and describing the reason for return.
